My first host family in Lezhe missed my birthday. Before I left for my permanent site, my host mom told me to come by host sister’s shop. She was buying me a shirt.
Albanian’s sense of style is quite entertaining. The best way to describe it is a colorful fruit basket of lime-green, banana-yellow, and orange.
My first official Albanian shirt is florescent green…brings out my eyes.
